Terms and Conditions

The terms governing your use of the Codekyt website.

Effective date: 1 August 2026
Last updated: 1 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at codekyt.com, operated by Codekyt Software LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Panchkula, Haryana, India (LLPIN: AAJ-6933) (“Codekyt”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Scope — what these Terms do and do not cover

These Terms cover this website only: the pages, text, images, portfolio, blog and other material published at codekyt.com.

They do not cover:

Our mobile applications and the apps.codekyt.com website Governed by the Codekyt Apps Terms of Service. Those Terms grant a different licence and contain the subscription, billing and refund terms. Nothing in these website Terms restricts your rights to install, keep or use an app you have downloaded, and in any conflict the Apps Terms prevail for anything to do with an app.
Services we perform for clients Governed by the separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed with that client. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails.

2. Licence to use website content

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use this website and its materials for lawful personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership. Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

  • modify or copy the material
  • republish, sell, license or commercially exploit the material
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software published on this website
  • remove copyright or other proprietary notices
  • mirror the material on another server

This licence terminates if you materially breach these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using the affected materials and delete copies where reasonably practicable.

This section applies to website content only. It does not apply to our mobile applications, which are licensed to you separately and permanently under the Apps Terms of Service, and which you are under no obligation to delete under this section.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights
  • transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
  • scrape, harvest or use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site
  • post unlawful, defamatory, misleading or abusive content in comments or form submissions

We may remove content and restrict access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

4. Your submissions

Anything you submit through a form, comment or email — other than personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy — you confirm you have the right to send, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for. We may remove or edit comments at our discretion.

Suggestions and feedback about our work are welcome, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

5. No client relationship, no offer

Information on this website — including services pages, portfolio work, pricing indications and blog articles — is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A relationship arises only when we and you sign a written agreement.

Blog and guide content is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation.

6. Intellectual property

All material on this website — including its text, design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, code and the Codekyt name and marks — is owned by Codekyt Software LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trade marks or branding.

Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective owners and is displayed with permission for reference only.

7. Accuracy of materials

The material on this website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, and we may change it at any time without notice. Portfolio work, statistics and technical guides reflect the position at the time of writing.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that it or the server that makes it available are free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codekyt Software LLP and its partners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any damages — including indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption — arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this website or its materials, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for consequential damages, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you.

10. Third-party links

This website links to sites we do not operate or control. We include such links for convenience; they are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any linked site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Codekyt Software LLP harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach or negligence.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at this address with its “Last updated” date, and applies to your use of the site from the moment it is posted. Where a change is material, we will make it prominent on the site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at Panchkula, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the paragraph below.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts and mandatory consumer law, nothing here deprives you of that protection.

  • Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

  • Language. These Terms are drafted in English; any translation is for convenience and the English version prevails.
